Turn your current Thermomix into savings. Trade it in and put that refund toward your new
Thermomix TM7™ — simple, fast, and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to qualify and claim your refund.
1. Order your Thermomix TM7™ with this link: https://shop.thermomix.com/consultant/107976/
Place your TM7™ order and save your order number. You'll need it to complete your trade-in and receive your refund.
2. Return to this page to submit your trade-in
Once your order is placed, come back here to enter your order details and verify your purchase.
3. Request your free shipping label
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page with your name, email, and order number to receive a prepaid shipping label.
4. Ship your old Thermomix back
Pack it in your own box using the prepaid label sent to you.
Once Thermomix USA receives and verifies it, your trade-in refund will be processed.
