Hi, I'm Rebecca.
I'm a German native and independent Thermomix® Consultant based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I've been cooking with Thermomix for more than 10 years, across the TM5, TM6 and now TM7, and somewhere along the way, it became my ultimate kitchen life hack.
I love real food. I love knowing what's in it, experimenting with plant-based cooking, finding ways to add more protein, and making things from scratch that most of us assume we have to buy. But I also know real life. We can have every intention of eating well and still find ourselves tired, short on time, and wondering what on earth to make for dinner.
That's the gap I love helping people close. I work with home cooks, plant-based kitchens and culinary professionals who want to make fresh, incredible food with less effort and more confidence.
